PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data and to determine the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data, we, as GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ, would like to inform you about the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”) published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law titled “Disclosure Obligation of the Data Controller”.
GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ keeps the system infrastructure and internet presentations at the most reliable level in order to protect the confidentiality of the personal information received from the Customers and/or the Customer’s officials.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ processes, stores and transfers personal data that it deems necessary only to provide the best service and product it aims to provide, to the extent permitted by legal regulations, in addition to the information that it must receive from its customers and their authorities. In this context, personal data is processed within the scope of the purposes such as providing the products and services of our Company and carrying out the necessary works in this context, contacting you regarding our products and services in case of your explicit consent, conducting marketing activities, performing customer acquisition studies and sharing offers related to our products and services, making necessary reports and examinations within the scope of the Company’s activities.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON
GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ may obtain the personal data of the Customer and/or the authorities of the Customer from all kinds of written, verbal and electronic channels, third parties and legal authorities.
TRANSMISSION OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ may share its services and/or consultancy services with third parties at home and abroad, with the units of GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ abroad, with the persons and institutions from which it receives services and/or consultancy, with its business partners with whom it has signed a contract, and with third parties with whom it has collaborated, provided that the choice of making a confidentiality agreement belongs to GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ.
GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ keeps the records and documents related to the transactions it carries out with its customers for a certain period of time within the scope of legal regulations; if you want your personal data to be deleted or destroyed or anonymized, this request can be fulfilled by GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ at the end of the period determined by legal regulations; however, during this period, your personal data will not be processed by GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ and will not be shared with third parties except for obligations arising from national and international laws, regulations and contracts.
RIGHTS OF THE CONCERNED PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
If the party to this Agreement is a natural person, the Customer may exercise the following rights by applying to GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ as of October 7, 2016, in accordance with the provisions of the LPPD, regarding the personal data of the Customer’s officials if it is a legal person:
To learn whether his/her personal data is processed or not,
To request information if their personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether they are used in line with this purpose,
To know about the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
To request the data’s correction in the event that it was processed incompletely or inaccurately.
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
To request that the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data be notified to third parties to which personal data is transferred,
To object to any adverse consequences arising as a result of processed data being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems,
To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
The requests submitted in this context shall be concluded free of charge by GÖK MAĞAZACILIK SAN VE TİC AŞ within thirty days at the latest. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.

In this context, written applications to be made on the subject will be accepted following the identity verification to be made by us and the relevant persons will be returned within legal periods.
